"Ive seen some bad reviews and i know that experiences vary but i can say from my own experience that Cost Plus Pools is an excellent company. Saul takes every call seriously and he has a team ready to handle whatever arises. The workers were professional and polite. Also, ive had a lot of work done and but ive never had a crew work so hard to get the job done. Saul even came to personally see the work and make sure it was done well. From the looks of it, the troubling reviews were posted during this past year but i believe Cost Plus is back on track with the excellent service theyve been known to provide. And i have to add... The price i paid was LESS than ANY other company quoted me."

"I purchased my pool (Salt Water) from Cost Plus Pools over a year ago after closing on my property and going on my second summer. I have read several reviews about this company and noted some are bad and some good. In being fair, Cost Plus Pool is not the "best" pool company out there, but then, is there really a "best" pool company out there? This is the 3rd pool I have built and I can tell you, Saul (Cost Pools CEO) has a great company. In comparison to the other builder's I worked with, he is up to par with the best of them. I have no complaints. Being a previous pool owner, I knew what to look for, and what I wanted. Which kind of made it hard for Saul in dealing with me, but I can tell you he was very patient, understood what I wanted, made me the design, and created the pool exactly how I wanted it. Even after the construction, he continues to ensure my pool is running great. Had a minor issue with the salt system, (No fault on him) but he went ahead and took care of the problem with the Haywood company and got my issue resolved. Again, shows how he still warranties his products and workmanship even after the work is done. This is something my old pool builder did not do. Sometimes as a builder you cannot please everyone, and there will be those who will have some issues. But at the end of day, it is how your issues get resolved and Saul does just that. I have no complaints with his service and if you are looking to build a great pool, I would recommend Cost Plus pools as your builder."

"From begining it was horrible it was finished like like 2-3 months late kept being promised it will be done on specific dates it wasn't now that its in it keeps cracking and holes keep popping up in the hot tub the pool has been leaking they say its now now but well see they took my gate off and just barely put it back on telling me it was off when they got there the pool cover the pool came with has not been cut to size I was told it would be just an overall horrible experience i wish I can just get my money back cause now im stuck with a pool amd hot tub that keeps cracking and holes please stay away oh the side walls of the pool still have paint tape it doesn't look professionally done very poor"
