"I bought a pool from Tom and Candi even though I lived 2 hours away because it was a lot less costly than in my town. A couple of hoses had leaks and we had difficulty putting everything together correctly. Not only did they help me over the phone multiple times, but they got in their car and drove 2 hours to help get the pool connections all put together correctly. They wouldn't take any pay for this. I find this to be an above and beyond customer service experience. They are good people with hearts of gold. I loved watching them work together, too! Dad and daughter team of the year! You just don't see service like this much anymore. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you!"

"I had used Geise in the past and they are always a little short with you on the phone but this time when my hot water heater needed to be replaced they took my name and number and told me they would get back with me when they had time. They are so irratable and short with you, that you barely get to talk. As of this writing I have not received a phone call back to set up a time. We will not use them again."
