"BEYOND impressed with the customer service of Christopher's. I brought in a Rado watch that another large jewelry store in Janesville refused to touch because of "liability" (i.e.laziness). Not only did the female tech at Christopher's replace the battery in minutes, she also replaced the batteries in three other watches I brought with. She was exceptionally friendly and efficient. Additionally, Christopher (owner) also came out to make sure we were being helped, to ask if we had any questions, and to ensure our satisfaction. "For my 30th anniversary, I wanted to add to my wedding ring. I wanted the same look as my original ring, but with some bling (diamonds and rubies)! I shared my idea with Christopher, he made some suggestions, drew the design and added me to his schedule. Starting from scratch, along with some gold jewelry I wasn’t wearing anymore, Christopher made my “new” wedding ring. When I went to pick up my ring, of course I was excited to see it. I knew it would be pretty, but pretty is an understatement! It is absolutely gorgeous! I would highly recommend Christopher whether you are looking for something new or updating the old!"

"My engagement and wedding rings were custom made by a family friend living in Texas 38 years ago. Eventually they were soldered together, and two jewelers "worked" on the soldered ring over the years. It was a lovely ring, and I received many compliments over the years, but I was never really happy with the ring itself. It looked "cobbled" together if you looked at it closely. Arthritis took its toll on my hands and the ring had to be cut off. My husband knew of Christopher's craftmanship from working with him professionally. My husband said if the ring was going to be updated, Christopher was the craftsman. How right he was! We took the ring to Christopher, and he immediately began drawing a design. We had some other gold jewelry and some diamonds that Christopher used to create the new ring. When we picked up the ring, my husband and I were in awe of the design! We were looking at the gorgeous ring...I think Christopher was watching the tears well up in our eyes. My ring is absolutely gorgeous...so well-designed. Christopher actually saw the design the others tried to create and greatly improved upon it. Christopher isn't a jeweler...he is an artist and jewelry craftsman. My husband and I were absolutely blown away. I now have an heirloom piece of jewelry!"

"Couldn’t be happier with my custom made ring from Christopher! My husband initially custom made a ring and purchased it through Brilliant Earth. I brought it in, in hopes that Christopher could just resize it for me. After some conversation over the ring, Christopher ended up custom making the exact same ring that I fell in love with (same cut, color, clarity, platinum band etc.) for me and we ended up saving a significant amount of money by going through Christopher and returning the original ring to Brilliant Earth(thankfully we were still in the refund timeframe!). Now he is custom making a matching wedding band since (long story short) my original one needed to be cut off. Can’t wait for it all to come together.
