I highly recommend them!"

"Summary: I am very unhappy with the service we received from Ms Kitty and would never recommend them as a pet sitter. Details: My husband and I hired Ms Kitty to pet sit our 15 year old cat for a week in Sept 2023. When Christina came to our house my husband walked her through our few simple requests. He asked her to bring in the mail and any packages, scoop out the litter box, feed her wet food and top off her dry food. He explained that our cat drinks out of the bathroom sink so that sink was always to remain on and we also put out a 2 quart bowl of water just in case. When we arrived home a week later the cat's sink was turned off and I could tell it had been off for a while. Her just in case water bowl had 2 tablespoons of dirty water left in it. I turned on her sink and she drank and drank and returned to the sink for water frequently for the rest of the day. We contacted Christina about this and to ask for our key back. She claimed that the sink was on we she was there. We could see from our Ring doorbell footage that 3 different people came but it was mostly a man. That man was the one to bring the key back. He said no one told him about the sink and he turned it off the first visit. I asked why she didn't have water in her bowl. He said that he had filled it halfway up the day before we got home and that she drank it all. I don't believe that because I am quite familiar with her drinking habits and she has never drank a quart of water in 1 day. She's tiny, about 4 pounds. We were not informed that anyone other than Christina would be coming in our house. If that is the case, she should have conveyed our instructions to them. For these reasons I could never recommend Ms Kitty as a pet sitter. Update - Added photo of our receipt in response to the owner's response claiming that no one with my last name hired her."
