The Instructor is well versed in a lot of different disciplines, and makes the exercises and instructions easy to understand, execute, and scalable to every experience level. Also, if you are on the fence at all give them a call because the owner is very down-to-earth and accessible. (Also, If you have an particular injuries or areas you specifically want to work on, they will show you ways to modify the workout too!)"

"Different from your traditional gym. Full body movement the entire time. Heart rate up so you’re feeling the cardio part of the exercise. I’m not one that has any background in martial arts or self-defense but with Austin’s instruction it was a great learning experience. Plus, a great workout.
