"The person who answered the phone and scheduled my service call was very professional and personable. The person she sent to service my oven was also very professional and knowledgeable. He really knew what he was doing, and above all he was honest. He told me exactly what was wrong with my oven, and that it was too old to repair because there were no parts for it anymore (although he spent some time checking around to try to locate the parts it needed after he thoroughly checked my oven). But he showed me how I could still safely use the oven, as is, on a limited basis, which more than meets my needs. Overall, I was very impressed with TMI and will surely call them again if I need appliances repaired."
