"Excellent job resizing my wedding band"
"I purchased a heart locket for my wife. The sales person told me it was 14k gold solid, in reality it was gold plated. I paid extra for them to engrave it and when I came to pick it up they had destroyed the piece. The words were not evenly proportioned, the font was nowhere near what I chose and it had a HUGE dent in the piece. I had to scramble to find a gift for my wife at the last minute. Terrible experience. The owner gave me my money back but didn't seem haply about it at all."
