"My daugher longed for a second set of piercings in her ears, so I once again took her to Claire's at Walmart and it was done."

"I called the number that google gave me to call WALMART. Apparently it transferred my call to Clair’s inside of Walmart. I told the lady on the phone I was trying to reach the photos center. I was about to say “sorry I must have the wrong number.” She interrupted me and said “K well this IS NOT IT” in a very rude and how could you waste my time kind of attitude. I have worked in public service for many years and I know sometimes we have bad days. But there was absolutely no reason for her to be so rude for just a simple mistake."

"Whatever you do, DO NOT go here or take your kids here to get piercings. I went here to get my cartilage done. The first time they did at least ok, though the piercings were still uneven. I went again for my second piercing. The girl marked the piercing area and the marks were even on each side so I trusted they were correct when I left. I looked when I got home and one piercing was in the third spot (even though this was only my second one) and the other one was way down where the 5th should go. When I went back they told me they could either take one earring out and redo the piercing with the same earring which is disgusting, unsafe, and unsanitary. The only other option they gave was to pierce both ears again and make me pay to get them pierced again. I was literally given these options by the store manager. I tried getting ahold of corporate and never could. If I could give them less stars I would."
