Completely ruined the experience. There are so many appropriate ways to talk to customers, and people in general, she chose the wrong way. She got snotty with us and accused us of moving clothes around and putting them back in the wrong places... 1) we did not. 2) accusations are the wrong way to go. Friendly offerings to put things back for people (which we didn't need) is a much more appropriate way."
