"Unprofessional and deceitful practices. Made an online appointment for a grooming service at 9am & prior to the actual appointment, I confirmed and checked in. When I arrived, there were no other cars in the parking lot & no lights on in the store. When I tried calling the location, no one answered. When I Googled the location (and other surrounding locations) it showed that Petsmart opened at 10. Interestingly, when I called at 10, an employee answered the phone & I was able to speak to the Salon Manager, Julie. Julie told me that, despite the store being visibly closed at 9am & not answering the phone, that she was there & that I should’ve rang a buzzer & said she had no idea why no one answered the phone at 9. Julie was unapologetic - did not offer to reschedule - and told me their website & store hours on both the door & voicemail are outdated & they are open at 9am. Google, voicemail & the sign on the door ALL SAY THE LOCATION OPENS AT 10am AND THATS WHEN THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE AT 10! Clearly, this location operates on deception & makes the customer believe they are wrong. 10/10 - do not recommend!"

"First time in that store it was okay. I thought it was reasonably priced on something. Some things I thought were too high but that's just me and took me forever to find the bathroom because they didn't have people on the floor in. The one person was busy with another customer and I wasn't going to interrupt them but I would go back."
