"This is a joke of a business. Messed up our appointment times twice, always at “lunch”, the chubby woman up front is completely clueless and not helpful, lost my daughters paperwork that I know we gave them, and it’s takes an hour just for a doctor to come in the room. Place is not sterile, there is trash on the floor and the walls have gunk on them. Take the time to find a better place to take your kids."

"Phenomenal care and services. Dr. Ruiz has been my son's pediatrician for approximately 10 years. Dr. Ruiz and her staff are consistent, efgicient, and very knowledgeable. Everyone I have encountered is great with my children. The facility is always clean. Finally, the hours of operation accommodate my schedule very well. They always respond to my phone messages within a reasonable time."

"The wait time is 2hr+ every time for my daughter’s visit. I’m not sure why they overbook themselves so much. The most recent routine checkup for my daughter was done by a nurse and finished in 10mins. It just doesn’t feel right to have to wait for 2hrs for a 10min checkup without seeing the doctor. My daughter is a preemie with a lot of hospital visits. They usually recommend to follow up with the primary care doctor. However when asked about these visits, the nurse or doctor never seemed to know any of my daughter’s medical history. Everyone’s nice, and I did have one good experience with Dr Ruiz when my daughter got sick, but all the routine checkups and other visits have been very frustrating to say at least."

"Dr. Ruiz was my pediatrician for 18 years since I was a newborn. When I found out I was pregnant in 2018, I already knew Dr. Ruiz was going to be my daughter’s pediatrician because she was the only one I trusted to provide the best care for my daughter. Her team knows us by our names and are always so kind and caring when we come in. Setting up appointments is easy and we always receive a curtesy call or email reminder about our appointment. If it’s after hours and my daughter is sick, I leave Dr. Ruiz a message and she always returns my calls within minutes. She is simply the best. Thank you for all you do, Dr. Ruiz!"
