"My husband and I have been patients for 10+ years, both generally seeing Chris W. Love her - she never makes you feel judged, listens to you and talks through your options. We have both done well with her. The only other practitioner we've seen is Andrew and those experiences were quite the opposite. My husband came home today after his appointment very upset and feeling like he got blown off - he was trying to open a conversation around a condition he's had since childhood and recently has not been managing well at all. There was no options given to him besides being told he'd just have to deal with it (which is wholly false - there are plenty of treatment options, including non-medicinal options- none of which were recommended). My experience with this practitioner was for him to recommend that I wean myself off of a medication because the dose was so low that "it really can't be doing anything" only to see my symptoms rebound massively. I had to go back on it. So, there seems to be some really stellar practitioners here and then there's some that aren't. I don't recommend Andrew, but highly recommend Chris W."

"Dr. Clarks office is full of great staff from the receptionist to the Drs. The receptionists are always so kind and try their best to accommodate to your schedule. I have called the same day for a walk in apt and was able to be seen with no problem. Dr. Andrew has been so helpful with everything I bring to him. Dr. Kelly is a new favorite of mine as she is not only personable but very kind with her care as well. I have been going to this office for over 10 years and have never had a single complaint about my care."

"I love coming into this office. Never have a problem getting in to see someone! I personally have been seeing Sam the physicians assistant for a few years now. I like that she always listens to what is going on with me. She also remembers my terrible fear of needles and always seems to calm me enough to get through them. She has a great bedside manner and always makes me feel calm when I’m feeling stressed."

"I have had nothing but professional, timely and informative interactions with Dr. Clark and his entire staff. I'm not sure what people expect when they give a low rating. With the ACA, I have been shuffled from doctor to doctor around the area and this is by FAR the best physician and staff in Lake county (medical, dental, etc...). I have never waited more than 2-3 minutes to be called into the exam room. I have also never waited more than a few minutes once in the exam room for the doctor to arrive. And most importantly, Dr. Clark talks to you; not at you. He isn't staring into a laptop. He hand writes his notes. He is as close to an old-school doctor as you can get, and I mean that in the most complimentary and genuine way possible."
