"Immediately upon entering Pearle Vision, Lake Zurich, I am always warmly welcomed by friendly staff members! I have been going to this location for over 4 years-consistently! Honestly, between the technicians, doctors, staff and those behind the scenes, there is NO other place I would choose for my eyecare health, exams, glasses, contacts, etc.! BIG SHOUT OUT to Elizabeth! Whenever I am in search of a "new look" in frames-Elizabeth has ALWAYS given me her true opinion-no matter what! As for Dr. Alex - he is literally MAGICAL! He is thorough, very knowledgeable, will think "outside of the box", compassionate, understands a patient's individual needs/circumstances, and takes the time necessary for his patient appointments. He will also suggest a follow-up appointment, if necessary, to explore/discuss any outcomes or results from the previous appointments' recommendations that he may have suggested (if applicable). During my follow-up appointments, Dr. Alex is always prepared as to why I am there and what we need to discuss at that time, which is another positive trait - Dr. Alex remembers "me as me" and not just as a patient coming in for a follow-up. I have never had better results with my eyesight since I have been with Pearl Vision, Lake Zurich! My progressive (no line) multifocal glasses with transitional lenses (darken & lighten automatically depending on the brightness) are extremely comfortable, and I think pretty sexy looking! There are numerous choices of frames, from standard through designers to accommodate today's fashion forward women (and men). Usually, it is difficult for me to narrow down my frame choices as I end up choosing multiple options that I love! The fitting, quality and results of my vision once my frames and lenses are developed is as close to perfection as possible. THANKS TO DR. ALEX, I have also been able to return to wearing new contact lenses that have accurately addressed my various vision requirements AND has allowed me to have fantastic vision comparable to my glasses! (FYI, I was previously informed by "Non-Pearle Vision doctors" that my contact lens days were over.) NOT SO-THANKS TO DR. ALEX!! The timeframe for receiving new glasses, lenses, and/or contacts has always been very reasonable. The communication between staff and patient is clear and timely. "Easy to schedule an appointment. Kind and courteous staff upon arrival. Doctor was thorough and took time to discuss exams and options. Insurance covered pretty much everything. Excellent experience."

"We did not see Dr. Meeta Saha. We saw Dr. Luke Alex. I made an appointment for my son to be fitted for contacts. We arrived at our appointment and were seen right away. The exam went fine. Then when it was time for the fitting, we were told that we needed to come back for another appointment. I asked why specifically because I made the appointment for a contact fitting, and they told me that they don't do the fitting at the same time, and that they needed to order the contacts. I told them that when I made the appointment that it wasn't explained to me that we would need to make a second appointment, nor has it ever worked that way in the past. I insisted that we have the fitting now because this was a waste of my time. They reluctantly agreed. My son overheard a conversation between two of the employees that they wanted to go to lunch and to tell us that we made the wrong kind of appointment. Once they agreed, I asked if they had the contacts in stock, and they did. So telling me that they needed to be ordered was a lie. The doctor wasn't very helpful, and didn't guide my son at all as to the right kind of contact that would be best for him. I would skip this Pearle Vision and go to the Buffalo Grove one where they take their time to make sure that your needs are met."

"I have been coming to this location for approximately 20 years. I saw Dr. Alex first and then Dr. Saha. They both took time to work with me and my unique vision challenges. Dr. Saha tried a few different lenses and finally fit me after some trial and error. They were all kind, compassion and so very patient. The front end/reception staff was equally kind and helpful! I can honestly say because of their willingness to take the time to listen to my needs and work with me I can see better than I have in almost 20 years. This is such a great group of professionals!
