"ZERO!!!!! I scheduled an appointment over a month ago (New patient) I scheduled an appointment because I am having an issue but the person that scheduled didn't care and didn't try to get me in any sooner. (should have known then to look somewhere else) Went for my appointment today, it was scheduled for 11, I did my part and went in 15 minutes early AS YOU ASKED and was still not called at 1140. The board they write on was updated at 11:14am with the drs on staff names, stating all were on time, even though I sat there for 40 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I get waiting but at least let people know. I left without being seen because I can't sit around waiting all day, I have a job that I left to go to this appointment, so i lost an hour of my pay to sit in your waiting room."
