"Possibly the worst lab I have even been to. The lab techs have a sign stating lunch is from 12 to 1. Both walk in eating chips at 1:15 and come back out and say they are on lunch until 1:45. After not only myself but other people have been waiting over an hour for them to get back from their first lunch for blood work. It's a shame that Edward's can't do the blood work for duly being right next door. In and out in 15 minutes."

"Horrible lab staff at this site. Called my name, walked throug the door, no greeting nothing. I stood waiting for direction to the small lab room (1st time visiting this one), lab tech growled for me to have a seat and nodded at the door. Other tech there didn't turn away from her computer asked my name, handed me my lable to confirm informaiton, never turning to see me. Worse lab experience since changing over to Duly"

"My kids doctor is Dr Russel, he is a great doctor but if you have to see him for any reason other than a scheduled appointment that you made months prior, good luck. If your child/toddler is sick, vomiting, or have a fever and is tugging on their ears and you would like them to see a doctor. You won’t see anyone from at Duly Health and Care. My kids primary doctor is no longer Dr Russel but a nurse practitioner at immediate care because every time I call Duly Health and Care and try to make an appointment, they can not see my sick child and recommend that I take my child to immediate care and when I ask when next available appointment, they usually say 3 to 6 weeks. What is the point of having a primary doctor at Duly Health Care if you will never see that doctor unless it is a scheduled yearly physical that you made three months in advance. I understand that sometimes it can get busy especially during flu season but this is not the case. You can call in April or August and will get the same results. Due yourself a favor and don’t use Duly for your kids needs unless you don’t mind going to immediate care for all their needs. I believe they are understaffed and I don’t think Duly cares. I am now looking for another doctor for my kid’s because one of my kids might have a ear infection and once again I need to take them to immediate care. I don’t think I was able to see Dr Russel or any doctor with either of my kids this entire year because how understaffed they are. And I understand same day appointments are difficult but they can’t see your sick children within a reasonable time. Giving them 2 stars just because Dr Russel and his staff are great. Also you need to go through a switchboard for everything which is terrible and you will be on hold for 20 minutes to find out no one can see your kids."

"Unfortunately, my doctor's office did not have a lab and had to come here. Front desk can't seem to give you any information regarding the lab or wait time. It's very disappointing as I liked my experience with my doctor, but the lab services leave something to be desired. Don't think I'll be back for this reason alone."

"Worst location I have visited. I have scheduled my appointment a month ago. I showed up ahead of time and did all the paperwork. The lady on the front desk was nice but that’s about it. I waited for 40 mins for the doctor to show up, and I left because she never did. I could hear them laughing in the next room. I was patient enough to wait 40 mins, but my time is valuable to me."
