"I got imaging done here as a new patient and nobody called me with results for over a week. I called and left several messages and no one returned my call. We had to stop in the office just to get any type of assistance. The excuse was they didn’t have my phone number on file. I completed paperwork when I was there. The doctor didn’t even give me my results. His assistant told me I had multiple cysts and didn’t bother telling me anything else or what my next step should be. I’ve called twice for a copy of my medical records and left messages and no one ever returns your call. So unprofessional and lack of care. Makes me sick. Don’t waste your time"

"If possible, I would give 0 stars to one of the worst places. Workers are bad and very rude and obnoxious; what a waste of time. Especially the Hispanic lady who drew blood from patients."

"Honestly one of the worst doctors offices. I’ve tried calling countless times to make an appointment with my doctor & they never pick up the phone. I’ve left multiple voice mails and I’ve never gotten a call back. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for about 2 months & can’t just walk in since I live about an hour away right now & can’t switch doctors until I change my insurance. The doctors are also not that great. It feels very rushed when they check on you and don’t really focus on problems that matter. I would not recommend wasting your time at this doctors office."

"DR A is amazing and so is his staff. He really listens to you. I have been going to him for years. Can’t imagine going to another Primary Care Physician. Yes, it may be difficult to get through to his over the phone bc they are super busy but they do have a portal that an established patient can contact him or the nurse practitioners through. I give him ten stars!"
