"I went here since I was a child. Every single doctor dismissed my medical problems. I saw about 8-10 different doctors and specialists in my time here. I am now 28 years old, and am diagnosed with a bucket full of medical conditions that could have be identified 12 years ago easily and most could have been treated and prevented. I also was recently diagnosed with a condition that requires surgery because it was not caught by them at a young age. I was dismissed, told I was very mentally ill and making up my symptoms. This waged a war between my parents and I my entire life. I am also now permanently disabled because northshore failed to listen or test me for illnesses when I was a teenager and very actively symptomatic. If you are a woman, or born female, they will absolutely ignore your medical issues. Do not ever come here."

"I don’t really say a doctor’s visit was a “waste of time” lightly, but it truly was here. The doctor examined me for only a minute or two before giving me a laundry list of prescriptions, 90% of them things I had already used before and didn’t work. At the end of the day, I didn’t really buy any of them and found an over the counter treatment that seems to have helped me considerably instead. I gave two stars instead of one because the staff was at least pleasant and approachable."

"Don’t come here if you want to be held hostage of your medication. They refused to refill my insulin prescription until I made an appointment but I lost my insurance (lost my job) and now under a family plan in the meantime. Unfortunately the new plan doesn’t cover this location and I explained to them I can’t make an appointment, I have to find another doctor AND endocrinologist, and I neither have the money to even afford it without a plan and they still refused. You don’t EVER pull this BS on anyone for whatever reason, especially on medication someone’s life depends on. After telling the nurse they can’t hold me hostage of my insulin, they changed their tune and finally refilled it. Absolutely unnecessary to hold your patients hostage, so why bother doing this BS in the first place."

"From a design standpoint you are forced to commingle with the immediate care population when attempting to get Laboratories done. In short you have to sit in a small room full of sick people to get a blood test. My experience after three occasions now has been a understaffed reception is barely able to keep up with all the questions being pose by a line of people. The lab seems to operate consistently out of order. I sat there with a 10 month old baby well 11 people that came in the door after me we're called in before me. Squeaky wheel definitely gets the grease. If you complain over and over again you'll get bumped to the front of the line. Otherwise, my sons primary care doctor in the building is fantastic and the staff is fairly nice. This is been my experience across the North Shore system. It seems like they really cut corners when it comes to reception and patient management at the immediate care level. At least at other locations the lobby's are spacious and there is some effort to limit infection spread. The Woods location is a great place to go get sick if your looking to lose some weight."

"I can't complaint at all. Every visit is very fast, accurate and my daughter gets the best treatment available. The staff, nurses and doctors are very people person and very caring. Kids need that when they don't feel well and I appreciate all they do for our family. Thank you."
