"i usually do imaging in hospital and I am not sure if it is a good or bad at this image center. Laura and Nancy are supprisely warm and nice. Even MRI take longer than I expected, radiologist report came out in the evening in the same day. That is a very good experience. Thanks for all your services."

"My MRI was easy to schedule and upload all my information online so all I had to do was show up. They did a courtesy reminder call and explained what to wear, what to bring and how much it would cost (amount not covered by insurance) It was very clean, they had a dressing room that was locked while in my procedures. Quick Easy. it's what I like."

I had pretty limited scheduling opportunities due to my work schedule and upcoming doctor's appointment, but she was able to get me in when it was convenient for me (without making me feel as though it was a difficulty). When I had my MRI, she was professional and friendly, efficient and very kind. I felt as though she really cared how things were going to go, instead of just being another person in a machine. Even the follow-up email I received with my results was warm and referred to a conversation we'd had. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful event as smooth as possible. If I need more tests like this, I will return and look for Danielle!"
