"The 1 star is for the rude front desk person taking calls 2/2/24 at 10 am. She did not identify herself during the call, was abrupt and impatient about getting my questions and gave curt answers. I was the one who apologized for not understanding what she needed from me! I’ve read the other negative reviews and there seems to be a problem with the front desk staff. The practice should address these negative reviews and not just respond when it’s a positive review. My whole family has been coming here for over 12 years and have loved the doctors who are caring and pays close attention to their patients."

"I would give this negative 5 stars if I could. This service was extremely disappointing for a new patient that didn’t even see a doctor. I was running late to my first appointment since I was having trouble finding the clinic. I was on the phone with the receptionist the whole time, noting why I was running late, and was charged and turned away when I was 1 minute late. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional. What a waste of time."

"I had been seeing Dr. Chan for years, and she was by far one of the best doctors I have ever had. Her expertise, compassion, and dedication to her patients were truly unparalleled. Unfortunately, the doctors I have seen since Dr. Chan's departure have not come close to meeting the high standard of care that she provided. I have found them to be lacking in both their medical expertise and their ability to provide personalized, attentive care. It is incredibly frustrating to not have access to a doctor who keeps serious and accurate details on my medical records and has the competence to answer questions without having to resort to searching the internet. I strongly believe that the level of care I am receiving at the medical practice has significantly declined, and I urge you to address this issue promptly. Patients deserve to receive high-quality care from their healthcare providers, and I hope that the practice can take the necessary steps to improve the standard of care for all of its patients."

"Me & my kids have been patients there for 8 years, in the last 2 years their customer service at the front desk has been horrible. Carmen, who answers phones, is antagonistic & incredibly rude for no reason. They have expanded a lot since I first started going there in 2015, not sure if it's too much too soon or if they just don't spend enough time training their staff. Hold times are super long, it's difficult to get appointments and they push you through the appointments super quick to move on to the next person. Very disappointing, don't waste your time."

"This office is amazing. All of the Dr’s and PA’s get to know you. Appointments are easily available and they offer telehealth and in person appointments. Not sure why previous reviews show wait times to be long, there has never been a long wait for us to see the Dr’s. Test results are also a quick turnaround. The staff at the front desk have always been pleasant."
