When he is running late the front office people let me know right away. Staff is helpful and patient with me and my many questions. "I have been going to Linden Oaks Medical center for about 5 years now. I was seeing a doctor for about 2 years with future appoinemtns set up. He was the best then left the practice. With that being said, they gave me to another provider and those previous appoinemts weren't removed so I missed them with not knowing they would roll over with Daniel Pappas. Recently I was out of state and I went on the zoom call for an appoinment. One person is telling me it won't show you are checked in if you aren't in illinios. The other lady I spoke with said she would call me back and never did. I was devasted to come back from vacation find an email telling me I am no longer to come back to this location because of the appoinments missed. This place isn't orginized in the way of knowing when a missed appoinment isn't your doing, when it's all their doing and they try to blame you. It's ashamed because I really enjoed working with Daniel Pappas."
