"Avoid this place at all cost my husband was robbed of all his 21k GOLD at loss of over 5k yes five thousands . He was robbed by a few months ago by security guard who did NOT follow protocol and did give my husband the release form for his personal belongings . Total negligence!"
"I would rather walk to another hospital with both feet broken than come here again"
"They’re taking advantage of the sick at this hospital and it’s absolutely disgusting , my husband was asked to take off all of his personal belongings to get an MRI, thousands of dollars in his personal belongings have become” missing” . The also informed us that my husband was supposed to sign a consent form which he was never given something definitely seems off Northshore let’s get to the bottom of this ! Anne from patient relations is extremely rude, and and dismissive to this problem. my husband and I know that the hospital clearly skipped a step by not having him sign a consent form ,and and right away and was extremely defensive saying that the hospital is not reliable for personal belongings . ma’am your staff skipped a step own up to your mistakes learn how to be a little bit more professional and have empathy for people who have sick family members inside of a hospital."
"Would consider going to a healthcare facility that's going to care more about medical workers and patient care rather than financial gains. Appears to cut corners, sacrificing the quality care for their staff and patients."
"Wife had a baby and here's jumping into the story... The first set of women doctors desperately wanted to get a process done to my wife with saline "balloons" to expand her cervix, well... This incompetent women doctor kept trying to make something happen that wouldn't physically happen. I saw them enter my wife's body going deeper with no luck... she did the process 5/6 times as my wife cried and moaned in agony yet the doctor kept persisting and also lying that "she got it in" TWICE! Dr Hughes has no regards for pain or suffering. My wife DISPISED Dr Hughes. Worst female OBGYN. The next morning, a different doctor took the necessary measures to put my wife's legs in the stirrups (PROVIDED WITH THE BED) and proceed PROPERLY. Guess what happened? ...First time, that specific doctor, attached what was needed. There was no moaning, bleeding (from the new doctor that is), crying, or lackadaisical measures. Some nurses don't know the hospital well that are in labor and delivery, I'm not sure why they're kept "ignorant" on not knowing how to navigate the hospital when they work here. If you feel like a nurse is showing signs of disconnect with your questions, definitely find someone who KNOWS. Just disregard her answer and find out from the front desk, it makes things smoother. As for the cafeteria, NEVER CALL FROM ROOM unless it's just for simple minded scrambled eggs. The lady who took our breakfast order was very incompetent. I asked for a fried egg sandwich, which I have gotten by going down there TWICE, and they put just bacon on mini toast! Forgot my egg, forgot my hasbrowns... Just pure idiocracy. She said, "we don't have fried eggs".... I didn't want to exasperate my breath and just hung up... They brought the eggs up anyhow, without my knowledge and I had ate already. The delivery process is great, everything around that process... Sketchy!!! Best doctors with connecting towards people and feeling, Dr Kooperman and Dr Carroll. Thank you guys for making the birthing experience much better than the small stuff happening around us. We have our baby boy."
