"This office lacks class and charm. I was waiting to be seen for my yearly physical and maybe one other person was in the waiting area. I heard a nurse scream a name that was the same as mine. However I assumed it was a different person with the same name since she did not open the door to look for a patient in the waiting room . She was forced to open the door and call my name to get my attention. I asked her about it and she did not have a good answer. And The physical? Do it yourself. No remembering my issue that brought me in one month before the physical. Get the bloodwork done and google it yourself. A very part time doctor who doesn’t tell you why she is unavailable is no bargain unless you are never sick."
"Unethical practice. I have been a patient with this practice (for both GI and internal med) for over 20 years now. I called recently to asked for my colonoscopy report from Dr. Moller (colonoscopy was done less than 4 years ago) and after 2 days and numerous phone calls to the office and NorthShore Connect, they still could not find my record. What kind of practice is this??? I was shock!!"
