"If I could rate them zero stars, I would. The single worst run facility I've ever been to. Receptionist was rude. Dr Zuckerman showed nearly zero interest in caring for me as a person. They were overbooked to the point that I was seen outside of a room as well as in the office kitchen. I know it takes months to get ENT appointments, but I promise you, you don't want to be seen here."

Today, not only was she (still) unkind in her approach, she continuously interrupted me to tell me I was wrong. So not only was there was zero willingness to hear my concerns or my experience as a patient - SHE SPOKE TO ME LESS THAN 2 MINUTES. We trust doctors with our bodies and wellbeing and a hostile and callous 2 minute consult is simply not medical practice. Never in my life have I had a doctor be so dismissive of my concerns.
