"I wish I could rate the office manager alone; she would rate a zero. We have been trying to get FMLA paperwork for my boyfriend. We submitted it 12 weeks ago. We have been told "Ronda has it," "Ronda will send it," "I gave it to Ronda." We are still waiting for the signed paperwork. We call. We're told that it's been received. Both claimed to have seen the paperwork, but neither one claims to know anything about it. Well, we still haven't gotten it back. It's despicable. Be prepared to wait for an indeterminant time to receive legal paperwork that you need."

"I love Dr. Baker. He’s no fuss and to the point. He never questions the course of treatment I think works best for me. He doesn’t strong-arm me. Yes, appointments run over but I find it totally worth it to have a Dr. treat me as a person and not just a patient. He’s top notch."

"Dr. Baker Is a great psychiatrist he listens and makes you feel very comfortable I've been with him over 15 years after seeing other therapist and Psychiatrist he is the only Psychiatrist that really helped me I thank God for having him as my Doctor and will continue to refer patients to his office who is seeking help with there mental illness or any other problems that requires a Psychiatrist. "My family doctor sent a referral to Dr. Baker’s office after receiving confirmation that he was open to accepting new patients. Since then, I have repeatedly called the office multiple times a day, every single day, for the last week. The office’s answering machine claims that their offices are open from 9AM-5PM, and that if they do not answer the phone, it is because the office is either: closed or out to lunch. Unless I’m mistaken, between the times 9:30AM-11:30AM and 2:30PM-5PM I should be able to reach a receptionist, or at the very least be able to leave a voicemail. An individual’s mental health is not something to be taken lightly. This doctor clearly has no regard for the well-being of patients in his community. I stand by my ONE STAR review until someone from the office decides to step up and do their job. Follow up."

"Yes the Dr is usually behind but he will take time with patients and will listen past their hour. He is a great doctor I've been with him for 10 years. He is super patient and really does care. I can't count how many times they got me in last minute and forgave me for my no-shows. they are busy so you just have to make sure that you catch him on Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. he knows his stuff, highly intelligent careful and I would recommend him to anyone suffering with mental illness as long-term doctor"
