He not only called the day before to confirm the appointment, but he called the day of to tell me exactly what time he would be there. Then he spent a good amount of time explaining everything to me and allowed me to ask questions. He never pressured me into anything or tried to sell me something I didn’t need. I was put on a wait list and called a week before the roof was scheduled to be replaced. Then they called me the day before as well. They had someone on the ground the whole time to talk to me and answer any questions I may have had throughout the day. They had so many guys on site that my large roof was replaced in one day.
