"Worst agent of all times, i guess they succeeded at being best in something!! I have been with state farm for years and my agent god bless his soul passed away. So State Farm gave this agent as a rep. I never had an accident in 25 years until recently someone ran into me at a stop light. Its been over a month trying to get the claim finished. All this Jake State Farm commercials turned out to be a big scam."

"Dear StateFarm, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the handling of my recent claim. As a loyal customer with multiple policies (5), I expected reliable service, but I feel let down and frustrated. Claim 1351Q358K has been mishandled, with attempts made to avoid payment. This is unexpected and disheartening, considering my loyalty and timely premium payments. I never imagined being denied a claim with valid reasons. During the claims process, I encountered issues with the adjuster's request to ship mismatched shingles that would result in improper repairs and faster fading. Moreover, the lack of communication from StateFarm, including the assigned adjuster and my agent, added to my frustration. As a customer valuing quality service, I am deeply disappointed in StateFarm's failure to deliver. Consequently, I have decided to switch all my policies to USAA, a company I trust to provide the service and support I deserve. I hope StateFarm takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates its claims handling process to prevent similar disappointments for other loyal customers. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend StateFarm as a reliable insurance provider based on my experience. The mishandling of my claim, lack of communication, and failure to meet expectations have left me profoundly dissatisfied. It is important for individuals seeking insurance to be aware of the challenges and frustrations they may face with StateFarm."

"Terrible service!!! The office manager Susan was nice but says whatever she thinks she knows vs the actual State Farm policy. Not sure of her position but another employee named Angel was probably not told no enough as a child due to her snotty attitude and speaking likes she's entitled. I asked angel if a car runs a redlight and we collide while my light is green and I'm halfway through the intersection, who's fault Is it? She responds with "it's your fault you should've stopped" with the nastiest attitude. (Yes that actually happened to me and State Farm said the accident was my fault both this office and corporate).State Farm ended up dropping me after I was hit in a hit and run and it totaled my car, I called Allstate the same day and they gave me all around better coverage for $28 cheaper a month LOL. I highly suggest not even going with State Farm for insurance my family has been with them since 1970 and have had so many issues. I suggest Allstate and tell them you're leaving State Farm to be insured by them and I bet they give you insurance for cheaper."
