Ms. Gabriella was pleasant, well versed (excellent communication), & asked questions while completing my challenging request to return & reissue 2 almost five months money orders; in addition to 2 additional new money orders. Ms. Kimiya, is an EXCEPTIONAL employee as well. Her guidance and patience while assisting/teaching Ms. Gabriela how to complete my transactions, demonstrated great customer service skills, excellent communication, patience and that she is extremely knowledgeable in her position at PLS. "I would’ve given zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Why work in customer service if you have a problem being involved with the public? It was an average height, plump girl being the most disrespectful for no reason. I don’t know if it’s because she doesn’t know how to do her job which would explain her having to run back and forth to ask a million questions. Asked her a question and she had an attitude. Asked another question and she just ignored me until she was finished servicing me and then she walked off and rolled her eyes while I was still talking. You have an easy job, do it and leave the attitude at home. Should be very simple for you to do that."

"My visit started out normal but I asked 1 single question about if it was something wrong with my payroll check due to the cashier walking around asking other people questions and making a phone call. She responds, “I have to get approval I can’t just give out money” and rolls her eyes and walks off. I said I know that but I’m asking if something is wrong with the check cause I’ve never experienced this. She had an attitude for a question. She had no comments or responses when I said anything after that. Just completely ignoring me. If she doesn’t want to work or has a hard time interacting with the public then why is she there? I’m confused about the bad customer service in a position that’s CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED. What’s the problem? Why so much attitude towards someone that did nothing to you but come in for services offered?!"
