"AVOID THIS DISORGANIZED OFFICE OR LITERALLY PAY THE PRICE!!! Please read: 1. They sent me to collections after not sending statements for 10 months- they even admitted this when I tried to pay them after receiving the collection notice out of the blue. 2. I never once received a call to pay my bill. They did originally send bills back end of 2018 which had pending insurance. I spoke to my insurance company regarding the quite large balance and was told that not all of the claims were processed or closed. 3. Then heard nothing almost all of 2019... 4. Fast forward 2020 I receive a collection bill for $579. $179 of it is the collection charges from the company they chose to represent them. I couldn’t believe I was being charged almost $200 of charges after hearing nothing for so long. 5. I called the office right away asking if I could play them directly as my bill was only $400 and I hadn’t received any communication for a year. I had received no calls, no statements.. and I always pay my bills but was told not to by my insurance. I would be happy to pay my bill but felt $200 in charges right after Christmas was out of the question for our family. I had just completely forgotten as it had been so long since I received a bill. She told me she would call me back and never did. Then the collection agency calls me a week later saying they wanted their money- well yes, I’m assuming they do - that’s pretty good business for them. The service here is horrible. Across the board. Please heed my warning."

"Had an absolutely amazing experience at Physical Medicine Associates. After moving through several different practices I could not be happier with the care I received at this facility. The staff genuinely cared for each of their patients on an individual basis. I had the pleasure of being looked after by Dr. Patrick Caulfield. Safe to say that he went above and beyond any expectations I could set. He always had my best interest in mind and I could not even put into words how much it has meant to me. I know I'm going to be referring them to anyone and everyone that I know. They provide nothing short of exceptional care!"

"If I could rate 10 stars, I would!!!! After going through 3 different chiropractors, I have finally found the amazing Dr. Melissa Lawrence!!!!! I am very fortunate & have been seeing her regularly for about 5 months due to scapula pain and an athletic knee injury. Melissa has not only helped me eliminate my pain, but she has taught me how to take care of my body and be cautious of my posture. Being an athlete & instructor, I needed care that would condition me back into sports and activities I that love. I admire how she treats a persons body as a whole instead of focusing only on the injury. She does chiropractic adjustments, muscle work, pain management treatments, and has taught me workouts that I could do on my own to help my condition. I always have a smile on my face during treatment & it’s been wonderful seeing a professional that is so genuine and passionate about what she does. She has brought me so much awareness to my own body, I feel like a new person! Another bonus is that she is very flexible with scheduling while I run between jobs and school! She’s the first person I call when my body isn’t feeling right! I recommend her to everyone!!!"

"Went in with horrible pain and difficulty breathing (whiplash and two dislocated ribs) walked out no problem breathing, less pain and a great place to help bring me back to awesome lvl. Really wonderful staff both Drs and secretaries, positive, professional and really easy going. Dr Lawrence is my first chiropractor and I have no intention to ever utilize anyone else."

"I went and saw Dr. Melissa Lawrence at Physical Medicine Associates to get my lats and back checked out. I've always been very inflexible and have had a lot of issues with my shoulder/lat/back mobility. Let me tell you... I was blown away with the amount of knowledge and expertise Melissa has. Not only was she explaining why my lats were tight and what caused the tightness, but provided me with reasoning for the methods she was using and how they would effectively help loosen the area. After my session I was able to pull my shoulders back and down WITHOUT any pain! I haven't been able to do that as long as I can remember! The thing that really stood out to me about Melissa is the amount of passion and effort she puts into her clients. There are so many places out there that want to get you in and out the door as fast as possible with tons of repeat visits. This was certainly not Melissa's approach. Her methodology is to really understand her patients and their problems and resolve their issues with as little return appointments as possible. She took her time evaluating me and made sure I was given her full attention. Boy do I feel special to have stumbled across a Chiropractor with this amount of passion and dedication for her clients. Cannot say enough great things about her!"
