"This office is amazing, starting with the nurses on the phone..I’ve spoke with Beverly and Marsha and they show that they care so much. Follow up with me on problems I’ve had, just great. Dr. Patel is wonderful. Super friendly, and caring. I had a great experience with her! She empathizes with your problems and uses her best judgement to help you. I’ve also seen Dr. Shapiro and he is also very professional and knowledgeable as well. All around great office"

"I and my 90 year old mother have been going to see doctors at this facility for several years now. the support staff has always been nice and courteous. The doctor has treated my mother with nothing but respect and answered my questions about her health to my satisfaction. Front desk is fine also. Lab test folks are also great and personable."

"The check in I would give 0 stars. C checked me in and scolded me because I was late and asked me if I called to let someone know. I said yes and they told me I had a 15 min leeway (zero stars for me being 13 mins late, I know). Our family doctor is almost never available last minute (she's really good too!), so I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Mohiuddin instead. He made me forget about the very slightly humiliating check in experience. He was everything I would want in a doctor. He was not snooty, not too clinical, not rushed, and he listened. Human. The radiology technician was nice too, really everyone I encountered was nice except the check in chick. First impression wasn't great but everything that followed was good."

"I thought I did my research before going to this office. I have had the WORST experience there. The staff was not courteous at all. Once I received my lab results back, I received a call from the office however the person who went over the results with me was LEAST interested explaining what those results meant. I kept asking to clarify but I was told to go to the Portal and all the details are there. I did go to the portal but as expected, could not understand all the medical terms. Also It took FIVE calls to the office to make sure they send the prescription to the Pharmacy. I was told the prescription was sent and I kept calling the Pharmacy but they did not receive the prescription until almost EIGHT hours later. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone."
