"The staff members have the personality of a puddle of prunes. I think they are having a contest to see who can be the most surly. I'm nice and friendly and nobody cracked a smile to me or any other patient any of the 3 times I've gone there. They are competent. Yes. Great. Got the blood. But if you don't want to deal with the public, go work in a lighthouse.."

"Who oversees this lab?! They ‘forgot’ to run certain labs not once but twice now! I went in the first time with a large amount of labs to be run, all on one page. When the results came back, they forgot to run 2 that were ordered. My doctor was so confused to I had to go back on a separate occasion and get poked again. The first time I let it go. Then it happened again! I just got out of the hospital and we were waiting on crucial blood work. They ‘forgot’ to run a lab AGAIN!! The most important one in the panel! this is completely inexcusable at this point. Not to mention the insane wait times. I don’t want to go back and get poked AGAIN bc you forgot to collect for a lab and then wait an insane amount of time to even get back here. For the love of God go to any other lab but this one. This needs to be reported. They are so disorganized and clearly understaffed."

"This place is seriously understaffed, which affects safety and privacy, set aside the waiting times. I, myself, had to check the labels on the urine collector to make sure my info was on. In the bathroom, there were several urine collectors that were just laying there, with personal info on waiting for processing. This is unacceptable for all good reasons, safety, integrity of the samples, infection control, privacy! It was not the staff’s fault , 1-2 staff members trying to run a very busy lab! Joint Commission would have a party there. Shame for St Alexius and their partners!"

"Super friendly staff! Exceptionaly clean waiting area, rooms and restroom. Staff was quick and extremely professional. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. A good choice for your laboratory needs!"
