We notice Google has removed our response to her post we receive messages and wanted to share some information about what really happened. Most of our guests did not receive the menu we ordered for them. 60% of our guests paid for the higher package menu Filet Mignon which includes a combination of beef, shrimps, Lobster, and fish, only 30% paid for chicken. On the day of the event, 70% of our guests received chicken for their meal. Our guest requested your manager and there were some distractions. You and Your manager apologize. We have already written it in the contract that if there are any adjustments we will issue a final check which you agreed to and signed. Ris Orhorha is a Director at the Center for Health Services she is not in the Accounting Department, you need to speak with the right person if you need to discuss balances or payments please call and ask for the Accounting Department. We later found out 3 days to the event you rented part of the Banquet hall to another company for their event the same night but you had told us our event is the only event that night, your manager in his apology to our company said you told him that there was no way for your company to order more food within 2 days and received the delivery that is why you decided to share our menu between both companies events. How is that Center for Health Services fault? We paid you for the menu you provided. People should Beware of your poor Customer Service and Selfishness. All because of Your Commission from the Events, you could do anything! Imagine if some of the guests do not eat chicken? Some of the children had an allergic reaction because you gave them the wrong meal. Our volunteers and employees were there a day before the event and on the morning of the event to decorate we spoke with you. Did you tell us there will be the 2nd event? The distraction and wrong foods would have led to our company filing legal action, our company has done many events this was the only time we experience such, your managers already apologized. We don't want issues our company let it go. Center for Health Services commitment is to improve lives by providing education, health care, support for families with special needs. Some of the reviews online today are misrepresented, people believe they can intimidate others or companies, post and make up false information to make other people look bad. "DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! Center for Heath Services held their 2018 Recognition Holiday Party at Belvedere Events & Banquets (photos attached) There were over 60 guests in attendance and Belvedere delivered an exceptional event for her company. So much so they she recognized the staff and even gave away one of the auction items to as a Thank You for all the work they did in helping her to execute a perfect event. The President and CEO Ris Orhorha stopped the check made out to Belvedere and has refused to pay the venue since. It’s a SCAM and she is dishonest and not to be trusted. When I called one of the volunteers looking for her they said “let me guess, you didn’t get paid?” Really don’t want another venue to fall for her game."
