"My bother pass away in the time frame that they tried to contact me. I also had a lot of other issues. Since I didn't respond in thier time frame they kicked me out. Cold hearted people."

"Everyone at the diabetic center are just so helpful, understanding and very nice! My father hates seeing doctors and to have him happy about the staff at this location makes me feel at ease. Ive called multiple times asking for help regarding my fathers diabetic condition and everyhere has been so helpful and kind."

"Dr. Schridels is an awesome dr and I’ve been seeing him for years, but the supervisor Lindsay is a poor example of a supervisor and rudely hung up the phone on me while I was explaining a situation and I nicely said thank you and have a great day and didn’t say anything in return and also just got very upset and handled the phone conversation well, the supervisors don’t handle what they should when they should and always say that the person didn’t call or it’s not on their file when that’s not true at all! It’s disgusting!"

"Worst place to go. They very rarely answer their phones at this office. Very difficult to make an appointment. When you do have an appointment you sit for 30 to 45 minutes after your schedule appointment before they take you in. No one there seems to care about you being inconvenienced. Can't ever talk to your specialist directly on the phone. In my opinion find a different Medical Group Edwards has really gone downhill over the years."
