"Very professional nurse practitioner. Be aware parking is a mess and has been for months. Took over 30 minutes of cruising with many cars to find a spot across the street from Alden! Unmanned information station offered only a phone and sign to dial zero. No one answers phone. Recordings say leave message. Your call will be returned within 24 hours! Security guard gave information on taking elevator to correct building. Elevator had NO button for up or down, only key lock! Had to wait until door opened from others coming down to main floor. Everyone in office pleasant except for one person who entered with no eye contact, no introduction , no assistance offered and very abrupt. Then mistakes were made on prescription. The challenge of the location is maddening. Don't need other challenges."
