"Called to get my newly assigned doctor on my portal so I could communicate a concern.Talked to an off shore person who said would relay message & I should keep my phone clear that day. Did as person said but never received any response!"

"Since Duly took over it’s been nothing but a problem. Ask for refills of meds I’m on and they never get it right. They even ordered the wrong meds for both myself and my husband. Tell me that’s not a law suit waiting to happen. I ordered syringes because my husband has to take B12 injections. They order me only needles. Then when you try to call to straighten it out your on the phone for minimal 30 minutes with someone that you can’t understand because their English is so broken and they have no idea what they are doing. Very dangerous for a medical practice."

"Ever since the change to Duly, I've had nothing but bad experience, minus the tech and the support staff. They also seem to close all office (St Charles/South Elgin/ Geneva) that was close to my home, so it look like I need to find all new doctors. I choose all Dupage Medical Group Doctors because I use to believed in the Dupage Medical Group practice, but the change to Duly in the short time has been so bad."
