"This school doesn't care about its students. They announced that they would disband their gymnastics team in the worst way possible, and only a few months after they won a national championship. Then when volunteers raised hundreds of thousands in donor pledges in only a few months, the university still refused to open conversations about keeping the team, and said their decision is final."

"The financial aid and admissions staff give you the complete runaround blaming each department and never fixing the problems when the student or past student needs the issues resolved or worked towards a resolution. They are far happier sending letters and never answering emails, blatantly ignoring your requests."

"I enrolled in Lindenwood online after completing my associates degree. This college has so many issues it’s ridiculous. I asked them, over 2 months ago, to reevaluate my classes. They were only accepting 47 credits when I have over 60 credits and completed my 2 yr degree. Once classes started in January, so did the nightmare. It’s almost impossible to reach your counselor. The lady who claimed to be my counselor disappeared, which caused me to be bounced around from one counselor to the next. The bookstore gave the wrong book for my class. Financial Aid is a JOKE, as I am writing this(several months later), my FA still is not processed nor do I have an award letter. This is my personal experience with the online program, I can’t speak on any on campus classes. They seem to work hard to recruit students but lack urgency and communication once you enroll."
