"Iam in tears as im writing this. They are Very hateful people. I have been in pain for months and waited patiently to see him. I got rescheduled twice due to him being sick and out of the office. When I came the third time I had both of my children with me. I had forgotten my insurance card and I told them my primary could fax it all over for them. In the middle of the fax they told me I had to reschedule because I needed to have the insurance card in hand. So I rescheduled and when I came on 9/20/22 they REFUSED to see me because I had my 2kids with me. They never told me I couldn't bring them and it wasn't an issue bringing them with last time. When asked why didn't they tell me they told me it was common curiosity to not bring kids to a doctors appointment and said it was also in their policy when I asked for the policy they refused to give it to me and said again it's common curiosity to not bring the kids with. Iam filling a complaint with IDPH as well as filing a lawsuit"
