"Appt at 740am. I was stuck in traffic and knew I would be late. Called office to notify them. Recording said open hours start at 8am and to call back during normal business hours. Arrived at office at 7:50am and was told I needed to reschedule my appointment. There should be some kind of late policy."

"I took my mom here to get her eyes checked. The nurse was very kind and funny. The gentleman at the desk pushed my mom out in a wheelchair when we left and helped me get her in the car."

"Scheduled an appointment and was informed when I arrived there was no doctor, no call, nothing. Was forced to use a different doctor or lose the day off work. New doctor told me in the first 5 minutes he wouldn't continue my scheduled prescriptions which had managed my symptoms for years. I told him I wanted my old doctor back so he marked me as non-compliant which banned me from seeing my actual doctor, Dr Rishi. Did anyone know they can do this to each other? I didn't. Be careful, if don't like the Dr you get, they make stuff up about you and document it. They also accused me of yelling in the office. I asked if the woman had reviewed the video and audio to confirm these claims to which she said no. So expect that level of dedication to back up accusations from administration. Not sure which "administration" I spoke to because the first was very concerned with the conduct, then the corporate lady called to talk down to me. Hilarious, your health deserves better."

"Dr Bo is great with kids... however be aware he will rack up as many charges as he possibly can. Did an eye exam after I told him that we have an eye doctor and said the exam was part of the visit. I now have a bill for $96 (more of the principle for me) for an eye exam by someone who really has no business doing an eye exam. Also, ssm said they don't take eye insurance... so why do they do eye exams? Also, they charged my insurance for 4 immunizations when my child only received 2. I will be changing providers."
