"I’m starting to realize why this office is rated so low. Early May 2023 I called to make an appointment. I would told the next available opening was January 30th, I took it. Days before the appointment, I realized I forgot to write down the time. I called and was told I did not have an appointment until January 30 2025! How could the place be booked up 1.5 years in advance? The receptionist did not apologize nor offer a solution until I repeated numerous times “ this is very upsetting”. I was offered a recent cancellation. I’ll go but I’m not going back because this isn’t the first time this has happened."

"This is the worst OBGYN office. Wait time take forever. They switch me to a different Dr. haft way through my 3rd pregnancy and then that Dr. retired and I had to find another Dr. Now I’m receiving surprise bills for my 2nd child And when wondering why they are not covered from my insurance co. The office manger at this location is now telling my health care. I had 90 days for a pre-authorization for the Labs and there is nothing they will do about it. Will I didn’t receive the bill till my son was a year and a half years old. So how would I know I needed to do that if the Dr. office didn’t tell me about the loop hole. Very unprofessional and rude. I assume I will get the same bill for my 3rd child too and it is already passed the 90 days for him as well. This office is very shady on the way they do things. I would not trust them."

"I’ve been going to this office for years & I absolutely love the staff. Dr.Drnec was my doctor for my 1st pregnancy & Dr.Carns is currently taking care of me during my 2nd pregnancy & I absolutely love them both. I always feel extremely welcomed when I step into the office & everyone is so helpful with any questions and/or concerns I have."

"Horrible customer service. Multiple calls were never returned. Two calls were for setting appointment for upcoming yearly check up. Neither were returned to set appt. these two calls were weeks apart. Final straw was a call to the triage nurse in the office with a medical issue, had to leave a message again, that was 11 days ago, still have not gotten a call back from them. Obviously, I was seen by another Dr. I will NOT be returning to this office again. What a disappointment!"

"They never answer the phone or get back to you. Very bad customer service, they’ve never contacted me about my bloodwork results or anything. My first appointment I went to they told me they couldn’t get ahold of me to cancel even though they had my number and never even attempted to call. This is my first pregnancy, and they didn’t set up another appointment for me after my first for over a month. Definitely switching to someone who cares about their patients."
