"Do NOT waste your time. My husband has used a c pap machine for years, but according to their preliminary results, he no longer qualified. They wouldn't let him take anything to sleep until he was hooked up around 11 pm, so he was wide awake. He's had many surgeries,so he was in so much pain, he couldn't relax. On top of that, the walls were very thin, so he could hear everything. The bright lights were on in the hallway all night long, so that kept him up as well. At home he sleeps like a rock. The workers were unsympathetic to his situation and said since he didn't have enough events by 2 am, he didn't qualify. He stated he didn't even fall asleep until almost 2 am. Here we are weeks later and still waiting on results. The doctor's office has tried and failed as well. I wish we had read the reviews and went elsewhere, or push for an at home sleep study. This place is a joke."

"You will have better luck doing Business whit the DMV,IRS or even the Government then getting back your RESULT form the slobs at the facility, it's been 6 weeks and counting for me. No use calling the robot slobs will kindly say " as soon as it's ready we send it over to you doctor" On the brightside nice clean place to visit."

"The technician was very nice. The experience was terrible! I was there at 8pm. Wasn't put in bed until close to 11pm. Was woken up at 6am. Then I was rushed to get out. To the point that she had my belongings in her hand trying to get me to take them and get out. I live 40 miles from there. It was cold outside. I was disoriented. I just read that they are open until 8am. They should let you sit until you can drive responsibly. I'm surprised they haven't had a lawsuit. It has been 3 weeks and my results still haven't been read."

"I had no issues with staff the evening of my study. I felt my result required follow up. Couldn't get a appointment afterwards. It is not wise to wake someone at 4 or 5 in the am and expect them recall everything and send them home. I received no cooperation sheduleing a Dr appointment. Told I need a referral to see DR when I had just been there with a referral."
