"I saw Robert Groszek in late February, early March 2016 about accident I had in January, my medical and therapy was all done mid April, I was told that they will gather all my medical data and file a case with insurance, I've called in November and talk to Wioletta about my case, and why I haven't heard from them yet, she told me to go and see the doctor to get final visit, and let him know my back is still giving me some problems, so I did and called 3 weeks later to make sure they received the letter from doc, and finally can get my case going, Wioletta wasn't available and was told she will get back to me, she hasn't, today I called again and again I was told the same thing, I'm changing lawyers since no offer was presented because that is ridiculous. Update 8-17-2017 I had a actual convo with Robert and explained to him my issues that I've been having when it comes to communication between his office and my self, he apologized and explain that he was not aware of this and that he was in process of training new staff, also to either call or e-mail him directly with any concerns. Right after he filed a case in court on my behalf since State Farm has been difficult to deal with, and so far he has been professional and up to the task, if he continues that I will update the rating."
