"I had a great purchasing experience at Fitness Factory on Elston. The manager Ken Maxie patiently answered the 101 questions I had and helped me compare several different models. In addition, there was no pressure to purchase at all. He left it to the quality of the treadmills and his really good explanations to make the sale for him. I love the one we bought (but even more importantly, my wife and son love it, so they are happy with me this week!). Later, I returned a floor mat we did not need after all, and Ken and his team made the return super easy. I heartily recommend Fitness Factory."

"We were on the market for a treadmill and we could not have lucked out better than working with Ken and Julian. They were kind, incredibly informative, and best of all, were genuinely interested in helping us find the right machine for us. They didn’t push a sale (even recommended we go home and think about it), but we eventually decided we weren’t going to find a better sale or better customer service anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend and shop here again. UPDATE: Unfortunately our front screen door was damaged during delivery (hinge screws pulled out of the wood). Called the delivery company but since we did not have video evidence of this happening during delivery, they declined to fix it. Ken (Fitness Factory) called to personally apologize for the damage during delivery and you will never believe what he did next. Ken and another Fitness Factory employee volunteered to come to my house and fix it themselves! They arrived with tools and fixed it like new at no cost. Ken simply wanted to make the entire treadmill purchasing experience was flawless. This is next level customer service. After today, I won't buy fitness equipment anywhere but from Ken."
