"Visited the location to see if I can place an order, was told to go online. Why even have a brick and mortar location with open doors. When I asked if I can look at what they offer, I was told most of what's on display was old and possibly not available. I inquired about a particular plaque, the lady told me "I don't know". We decided to leave, she didn't even say goodbye or thank you for stopping in. The place was presentable and corporate feel, but I was left unimpressed. If this is thier standard of customer service, I'll take my business elsewhere."
