"I’ve been shopping here since I was kid but I will NO longer be supporting city sports due to the location on 91st and commercial! If I could give this business zero stars I would but in order to post this I had to give at least one. Customer service is horrible! They tell you 30 days but on the receipts it says seven I’ve never had to return anything there because I was a loyal customer. My daughter did not fit the shoes that I purchased when I went to exchange the girl at the counter didn’t want to help me glanced at the shoes for the size that I asked and said they were not there so when I asked for a return the manager told me the register was already being shut down 20 minutes before closing. I went again today no manager the girls at the counter refused the refund I asked for them to call a manager and also to sign the receipt this way the manager knows I came again the girl refused to sign and wrote the date down only. I am very unhappy with the service I’ve been coming here since I was a child to shop and then for my children they have lost mine as well as my family‘s business. Truly Very Disappointing."
