"After going through 30-40 pool builders I hire them to build my inground swimming pool. Signed the Contract in January 2021 they told me they will start end of July and will take 2-3 weeks to complete. I was kind of skeptical because with everyone else I checked they said 8-10 weeks. Well they did NOT disappoint. They started end of July and were done in exactly 10 business days. We had small hiccup the pool started leaking water because of busted pipe under the concrete walkway but they came right away and fixed it within a week and new concrete was poured."

"To begin, my wife, a financial planner, and I, Insurance Industry, are professionals in our careers. I say this so you understand our attention to detail, service, product and research. We obtained several quotes and ideas for above ground and inground pools. We did have a friend that also hired Pool & Spa Works prior to us and her recommendation solidified our choice to hire them. If you can afford and have the space for an inground pool, get it. If not, then go above ground and I am certain they will perform a great job and provide a great pool going that route too. We are not fans of franchises and prefer a small family owned business. The company has been family owned for decades and their knowledge in the industry and products certainly is unmatched by their competitors. We were nervous with the large deposit, but, the company's stability and face to face communication with the staff certainly improved and changed our attitude. Their initial representative, Mario, was pleasant, professional, understanding and patient who took on our many calls and in person meeting to review our thoughts, questions, ideas and provided positive experience professional feedback. Their estimated installation date was marked and hit. The installation crew was all business. Chris is all business and we enjoyed watching him get the job done quickly and professionally. Greg, Seth and two other young gentlemen assisted with the installation and maintained a professional work environment. Finally, Clark stopped by to end the installation process with a tutorial of the equipment and has a great disposition. If you want a one stop shop that does it all for you without having to research additional contractors to set up and install electrical, gas lines, plumbing, etc. then this is the shop for you. We give them the highest score/stars possible and you will not be disappointed."
