"We did our backyard project through Dutch Barn approx 4 years ago - which included a pool, outdoor kitchen area, fire pit and landscaping. Our Project Manager/Designer Mike was FANTASTIC and made sure things stayed on time. I highly recommend using a project manager if you do a big project through Dutch. You have to have someone that is looking out for your timeline. The best part really is their Pool service team and why I am rating them a 4. They check and clean our pool every other week. Service calls happen right away with full explanation of what is going on. I feel like their response in service has improved greatly over the years. Make sure you get the full pool school education so you know what to do to take care of your pool in-between their servicing it. My two things I wish they did: 1. I wish they gave digital readouts of everything like they use too, it was really comprehensive and 2. Their service has some add on services that I think should be lumped into one big package - I didn't realize how much I needed a few of those add on services until we had a service call this year. Otherwise - Pool services by Dutch are really solid."

"After making the family decision to invest in an inground pool, we met with several companies to get information and quotes. We went with Dutch Barn because they were not pushy with their sales, they were very helpful with questions, and we liked that they could also provide us with landscaping in addition to the pool. "db Pools did an amazing job on my fiberglass pool install. I was a December dig before the ground was frozen and everything was dropped in right on time. They then properly waited for thaw to begin an 85 foot retaining wall Piña and his crew installed. Piña went above and beyond with his communication with me on the project as I had specific things I was doing on my own and after showing a blueprint he tweaked his design to help my additions smoothly flow into the backyard. Jenylle stopped by, called, and emailed throughout the entire process and was wonderful to work with from a sales process keeping me in the loop. The entire crew worked some extra weekends to finish the entire project for us to be swimming by Memorial Day! From pool install, hardscape, and landscape my wife and I couldn’t be happier. "Dutch Barn did not install my pool, but the company that did, sold to them and most of their employees carried over. They did however, do my outdoor bar area and we couldn’t love it anymore! Dutch Barn has assisted me with any issues that we’ve come across with our pool. They’ve replaced my salt cell- free of charge, have come out to do a deep clean on our pool, and have fixed our shallow end skimmer twice now. We contacted multiple companies as our issue came at all pool companies busiest season. John personally FaceTimed me and walked me through the issue and was fixed in less than 2 minutes. We appreciate all the help that they’ve given us throughout the years and are so happy our warranty carried over to them!"
