Then they had me fill out a pre approval application for financing which is a scam as their is no approval. Worst company I've ever dealt with. You are better off ordering something off of Amazon."

This representative of your company repeated herself 3 times ..rudely and hung up the phone mutiple times. I simply wanted information. Update: apparently, AJ with no supervisor gets visibility to reviews.. and No, i am not a customer, though if i wanted to be, the representative clearly negatively impacted my potential as a customer. To dispute and ask for google to take down my HONEST review is shameful. It would be nice to communicate with the OWNER or someone who understands customer service. Update number 2: I was called by Gary, the owner, I appreciate his call, and he did answer my questions thoroughly and professionally. I only wish Gary's employees reflected his professionalism."
