"My experience with Rheumatology Associates has been a positive one . When I first went there in 2017 I was in a lot of pain and felt as if I had no explanations or options because traditional primary care doctors couldn’t really offer me any explanation of so much pain without any visible reason for it . I was directed into the mental health realm because it seemed to be all in my head ! Then I was blessed to have been connected with Dr Muddapa Kahlliah . He immediately focused in on the issues I was having as being connected to my immune system, and began treating me for my bursitis, fibromyalgia, & I tested positive for Rheumatoid Arthritis and started on a treatment plan for that as well . The past five years have been a roller coaster of events , a serious fall down some steps , a fractured back , breast cancer and the resulting dry bones from radiation left me with osteoporosis! Through ALL of this Dr.K has been my rock ! He is always helpful , hopeful, and kind . He always listens to me , and explains my options of treatment to me , and has managed to bring me from barely being able to lift my left arm , couldn’t hardly walk without lots of pain , and the anxiety that the pain brings with it was immense , to where I am now , free of over a dozen different types of medications, from pain meds to anxiety meds to nerve meds . I’ve been able to drop them all and now live pain free with Dr. K’s careful calibration of oral and infused meds . I have regained 90% of the mobility and independence I had lost and I owe it all to Dr K. Thanks Doc! This is one Dr . appointment I always look forward to attending because I always leave there feeling better for having gone ."

"Dr. Orris is my doctor and Vikki is her MA,I feel like walking in and having (Katie)all the girls at front. EVERYONE ! Well, it feels like a safe place, just the feeling you get when you walk into your own home. I been treated just like a family member from everyone who as ever been in contact with me. Most of all, they understand what its like for a day in my life Good or Bad. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care. Open,honest, and "real" ! What more can you ask for. Outstanding service every one of you that work there. The girls at front have your back when you break down right out in the open because your day is sucking, they feel my pain, and everyone jumps in action stickers,candy,kind thoughtful words, Air Hugs (yes they are real) those are the best you can feel the love at the front all the way to the room you visit with who other than Dr. Orris KUDOS TO ALL! "The people and doctors are great however the visit usually takes 2 hours!!! I sit there waiting in the room for an hour. Always been this way."

"At first I was afraid of showing up here because of the reviews. I had a referral to be seen in RA in September but couldn't be seen until January. So I was already weary. I showed up for my appt at 7:15am, doors were locked and not uocked until 7:35am. I went in and met the sweetest and kind receptionist, she comforted me by her kindness and helped me with with the paper work to make everything a breeze. It took a minute to be called and sent back for a doctor. But once the doc came in, he was genuinely a kind person, he seemed to be interested and compassionate about my situation and mostly to find the answers. The next appt is sooner and faster then the initial. Overall, 1st impression, I am glad I went and thankful and had a good experience. Even in labs."

"I scheduled an appointment with this office in September 2021 for a November 2021appointment. Several problems here, it took them almost two weeks for them to call and schedule me… and then the wait was over two months to get in. But the cherry on top is that they cancelled my appointment the day before because I didn’t call them back to confirm that I was coming (I somehow missed the message they left). I have NEVER heard of any Drs office cancel a person appointment due to lack of confirmation. I was planning on and counting on this appointment, and I’m very disappointed in their standard of care. Avoid these people, they only have the bottom line in mind (even though they say it’s because there’s a wait list) Terrible!"
