"Do not go here. Get your DCFS case transferred to a private agency and do not participate in services with Mary and Tom Leo Associates. I was never a client here and a clinical social worker wrote a discharge report about me when I never consented to services to begin with. This is a fraud company that is not ethical and does not follow IM+CANS instrument requirements for mental health services in the State of Illinois."
"I had a therapist here that I couldn't trust. He deliberately wrote falsified statements in my reports, withheld reports, breach of confidentially with dcfs, he mostly kept quiet throughout our sessions. Research the behaviors of a good therapist behaviors and compare to that. Trust lightly here."
