"I sold my property on March 30 2022 and I am currently still being billed water bills because this law office failed to properly file the final water payment certificate with the City of Chicago. To this day they have not rectified the situation and are not escalating this matter. They simply don't care, don't reply to my emails when I send them copies of the monthly bills I am still getting as the amount just increases and increases. This is a terrible way to conduct business for clients."
