"There were 3 of us involved in the case. I called him and left countless voicemails for 2 months straight before the court date. Not a single call back. if my friend hadn’t emailed him I don’t think he would have even known what he was coming for. Shows up to court cracking jokes and having fun. 15 min before our case is called he pulls us to the side room and goes “ so what do we do now? Do you want to fight this case?” I was astonished but decided to take the option of not fighting since he had no clue how to defend us because he never once called to ask what happened (while talking in this room minutes before the court case now he tells me there is a pretty big chance if we fight the case we lose) . Out of the 3 of us I was the only 21 year old and thus would only get supervision and no class required. He massed that up too and I had to pay extra $70 for class. (We went up one by one to be given our sentence and I was the first. I get sentenced to class and supervision, my friend goes up and the judge ask something along the lines: is this the one you don’t want me to give class to. Josh then points to me and goes “ no your honor it was him but that’s ok”. After all this we walk out of court and he proudly announces us that he got us a $25 dollar discount on the ticket and proceeds to charge us each $200. If I wanted to see a comedian I would have gone to laugh factory for much cheaper. Irresponsible and neglectful I think I would have done better going by my self and just apologizing. P.S. this was for an improper lane change ticket. In total I spent nearly $650 dollars because of this incredible lawyer (for a 55 dollar tick. Now, I’m no lawyer but if you want to throw away $650 give me a call, I’ll come prepared with much better jokes and at least ask you what happened before the court date."

"Tough to get in office being disabled. Have been trying to get in touch with these guys for 6 months. They ignore my emails. I've begged them to give me my records back. It's funny how fast they collected my 6000 disability. Now they won't return my records. Biggest Shuster lawyer around. There are a lot of better disability lawyers. They did nothing for me. I have renal failure so everybody gets disability for that. Do not frequent this guy."

"Absolutely fantastic job! John Bush and the team represented myself and my wife for the recent sale of my old home and the purchase of our new one. I've bought and sold 3 homes in the past and hardly even noticed that my previous lawyers were there. This purchase went smoothly but the sale of the old home had more challenges dealing with the representatives of the buyers.
